A. Exchange/Return
- The color of the product may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the monitor specification, and the location or color of the product label may differ from the image.
- For exchange/refund due to missing and defective components, the delivery box and product opening (including components) video are essential. (If there is no opening video, exchange or refund may be difficult.)
